Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per night is required for all advanced bookings. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs. Anne Kendrick. In the event of any cancellation this deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice will be charged for at the full room rate, at the discretion of the proprietor.

Rooms are available for occupation after 16.30 on the day of arrival, unless specific arrangements for an earlier time have been agreed by the proprietor. We ask that rooms be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Home Farm is a 'no smoking' establishment. Also, we regret that we do not allow pets into the house.

The above room rates are those applying at the time of posting to this site and we reserve the right to vary them without notice.

VAT is not charged on your stay at Home Farm. We do not have the facility to accept payment by credit or debit card, but cash (sterling), and cheques (supported by a banker’s card) are welcome.
